I am a Scottish born artist living on the Bronte Peninsula, Tasman, New Zealand.
I work in contemporary drawing and painting, driven by a deep, instinctive need to create. My practice is experiential— a way of processing and recording emotion through visual language. Drawing and painting are how I connect with myself, with others, and with the world around me.
They allow me to communicate on both a physical and spiritual level, often navigating the space between the conscious and subconscious. Each piece becomes a record — a reflection of memory, feeling, and connection in the present moment.
